The Edinburgh Home demonstrator programme currently has three pilot projects being developed collaboratively with local authorities and registered social landlords from across the Edinburgh and South East Scotland City Region Deal. The three pilot projects are enabling the EHD programme to test and develop the delivery model.
Pilot 1
Granton D1 is a delivering of 75 homes using Modern Methods of Construction that will be monitored once occupied.
Pilot 2
Greendkes K&L is a delivering 140 homes using multiple Modern Methods of Construction systems.
Pilot 3
Delivering a pipeline of sites with multiple partners to test collaborative procurement.
