Delivering 140 homes using zero emissions heating and two different modern methods of construction (MMC) systems.
The pilot will look to:
· Optimise house and flat types for MMC systems
· Develop further house and flat types to be added to EHD catalogue
· Test the EHD design and performance standard.
· Test mass customisation of the house and flat types.
