Delivering 140 homes using zero emissions heating and two different modern methods of construction (MMC) systems. The homes are current on site with an anticipated completion date of early 2027.
The pilot will look to:
· Optimise house and flat types for MMC systems
· Develop further house and flat types to be added to EHD catalogue
· Test the EHD design and performance standard.
· Test mass customisation of the house and flat types.
