A new Delivery Model for net zero ready affordable homes was successfully developed and piloted through the Edinburgh Home Demonstrator (EHD) programme.

To enable the deployment of this Delivery Model, the Edinburgh and South East Scotland City Region Deal (ESESCRD) have committed funding and resources to form the Regional Delivery Alliance (RDA).

The Regional Delivery Alliance (RDA) is one of five key priorities that is working to deliver on the City Region Deals housing ambitions through supporting delivery of the regional housing programme, transforming regional housing supply, and driving economic and inclusive growth.
